Her knowledge base is highlighted by a substantial period of her career as a  clinical aesthetician for renowned plastic surgeons, medical spas, day spas and wellness centers. Gayle wraps her vast experience and her love of helping people together in her aesthetic consulting and sales services.

Gayle’s skills, experience and knowledge are highly sought after by educational institutions, medical providers, professional aestheticians, and product companies. Gayle can be found traveling throughout North Carolina training other physicians and aestheticians in the use of professional cosmecuetical skin care products, devices and the latest proven clinical  treatments. Gayle’s expertise has earned her a reputation as one of the most experienced aestheticians and trainers, not only in the Charlotte area, and the entire state of North Carolina, but she has trained medical and aesthetic professionals from Florida to Alaska and this year had the unique opportunity to train in Abu Dhabi abroad. Gayle is highly knowledgeable in many aesthetic procedures and works closely with Dr. Kulbersh of Carolina Facial Plastics in Charlotte North Carolina in developing comprehensive care plans to meet the individual needs for each of their patients.

With Gayle’s commitment to excellence and her desire to stay abreast of the latest technological advancements in skin health and facial rejuvenation, she continues to learn and acquire knowledge through course work, hands on training courses, and seminars directly related to the various facial aesthetic procedures and skincare products the practice has to offer.

It was at the height of the recession when Gayle started her own business Aesthetic Wise as an independent representative of Image Skincare International. Gayle has taken her business in North Carolina from zero sales to exceeding well over 3.5 million in 4 short years while winning numerous awards like rookie of the year, educator of the year, new business development award, million dollar club, 100% of goal each year and sales person of the year for the past 2 years running.

Gayle is a licensed Master Aesthetician, Aesthetic Teacher, Massage and Body Work Therapist. She is a member of The Society of Dermatology SkinCare Specialists, Associated Skin Care Professionals, National Cosmetology Association and the National Coalition of Estheticians.
